Return or Exchange Policy
At Dareen Jewellery, we are committed to providing fine jewellery of the highest quality. To maintain these standards, refunds are subject to the following conditions:

Unused and Original Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with no signs of wear or alteration. All original packaging, including the jewellery box and protective materials, must be included and intact.

Damage Upon Arrival: Claims for damage must be accompanied by clear photographic or video evidence submitted within 48 hours of delivery to the designated address. This evidence must include the external packaging if the damage occurred during transit.

Required Documentation: Refund/Exchange requests must include the original purchase receipt, proof of payment, certificates of authenticity, gemological grading reports, and any accompanying documentation. A signed declaration affirming the item has not been worn, used, or altered is also required.

Exclusions: Refunds/Exchange requests will not be granted for custom or personalized jewellery (e.g., engraved or resized pieces), items altered or repaired by unauthorized parties, or claims submitted after the 48-hour reporting window for damages.
All refund/Exchange claims are subject to a thorough inspection by our in-house jewellers to ensure compliance with these terms. This inspection process typically takes 14–21 business days from receipt. By completing a purchase, customers acknowledge and agree to these terms, ensuring fairness while preserving the integrity and exclusivity of our fine jewellery collections.
